By using beetles you eliminate the danger of cleaning by boiling, which can damage the bone structure or cause shrinkage. Compare our deer heads with water processed heads and you'll see a clear difference. Once cleaned of flesh, they go through an extensive degreasing process. Then they are whitened to a natural bone color. Our beetles live in a contained environment of regular maintanence. We invest in solvents and quality materials to produce consistent results; cheaper, water based degreasers can cause cracking and shrinkage. We are not part-time. We work year 'round doing hundreds of skulls per month and believe quality work will advertise itself. We have years of experience and an extensive base of repeat customers.
